FWIW, I felt that way when I first ran to...*blush*<br /><br />FWIW, I felt that way when I first ran too. I had to let go of the idea that I gave a crap about what anyone else thought of me. Something I've learned as I've become a more ....adept runner is that when you are really running out there, you aren't really looking at other people. I do run ear...I had a great time reading your post. I do run early in the morning as a sort of my daily routine/exercise and when I feel some pain on my knees, I do ice therapy and put some pain relievers on the affected area.
